Can The Pythagorean Sequence predict the future?
The Pythagorean Sequence is not about fortune-telling, and our forecasts are not "horoscopes".
The Pythagorean Sequence is not about fortune-telling, and our forecasts are not "horoscopes".
We know that sometimes, people associate our weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts with horoscopes, but that is not what they are. The Pythagorean Sequence is not about prediction or fortune-telling. It is about the dominant influence and priorities of any given chapter of your life, and how it fits into the tapestry of your overall journey.
Ancestral algorithms like the Pythagorean Sequence have value. The themes they spell out are useful. The ways they help us reflect on our lives makes a huge difference. But their purpose is not to predict EVERY event in our lives.
They are more a tool to reflect on our experiences, the mission we came to carry out and the choices we need to make on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
Think of it as a weather forecast: it can tell you, with some certainty, a little bit about the external influences in your life in the near future. What it can't do, is tell you how those influences will affect your life or the choices you'll make once they become a factor.
We say "it's going to rain". We can't say "you'll go out and dance in the rain" or "you'll stay home and watch a movie". That is up to you. And that is why what we do isn't fortune-telling.
