How can I cancel my membership if I purchased it on the appstore?

If you created your Teledipity Membership on the Apple or GooglePlay appstores, here are instructions on how to cancel it:

If you have an iPhone:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Teledipity
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you have Android:

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the Teledipity subscription.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
