I hereby grant Teledipity and its affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable right and permission to record, reproduce, edit, excerpt, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use my participation in the livestream, including my voice, image or likeness if captured, statements, questions, reactions and the reading delivered to me, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, including on Teledipity's websites, applications, YouTube channels, social media accounts, advertisements, paid promotional campaigns, trailers, compilations and other marketing or editorial materials.
I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties or any additional approval rights in connection with such use, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished recording, edits, clips, captions, context or promotional materials in which my participation appears.
I further understand and agree that Teledipity is not obligated to remove, delete, withdraw, edit or cease using the livestream recording or any clips or materials derived from my participation at my request, and that once content has been publicly released it may also be copied, shared or redistributed by third parties outside Teledipity's control.
I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that anything I disclose during the reading may become public and may continue to be publicly accessible indefinitely. This authorization shall be governed by the laws of Mexico in accordance with Teledipity SAPI de CV's general Terms of Use.
