Go Slow, Get Far
The obsession with speed in life, business, and the management of technology platforms often leads creators in the wrong direction. We avoid the pressure of tight deadlines or the obsession with being “faster” than someone or something else.
Smooth Sailings
Our preferred approach is always the same: the least amount of work for the biggest possible payoff. Avoid pressure and perfectionism. There will always be something "broken" that "could be better". Find and dive into the path of least resistance.
Self-Management
Someone will be tasked with motivating you and measuring your performance, but you are your own boss. You find your own projects when you have none. You figure out where you're needed and insert yourself. You tell the team what you'll be working on. You let others know when you're missing key tools or information. You remember what needs to be done without reminders.
Respect the Season
Our very ethos is respecting and embracing the laws of timing. We celebrate beginnings and endings with the same joy and confidently move along. We don't strive to make anything permanent - not our products or marketing strategies, not the tenure of any employee, not the growth of our user base and not the very existence of our platform.
