How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, access your profile settings and select the option to delete.

You will see an option to delete your account at the bottom of your profile settings. You can also fill out this form and we will process the deletion for you.

IMPORTANT: Deletion takes up to 3 business days to process, so you won't be able to delete and sign up with the same name or email. If what you're trying to accomplish is signing up with a different name or recalculating your profile, it is better to reach out to support than deleting your profile.

IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION: Please note that deleting your account and/or mobile application from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are not transferrable and cannot be moved to other accounts. Teledipity SAPI de CV is not responsible for the cancelation of any purchases after a profile is deleted. Make sure to CANCEL your subscription before deleting your profile.
