How can I cancel my Teledipity PREMIUM membership?

You can cancel your subscription by sending us an email requesting to do so.

If you purchased your membership in the Apple or GooglePlay appstores, you can cancel your subscription directly in your phone settings. Click here for more information.

If you purchased your membership on the website, you can go to your account settings here and click "Cancel".

If you're unsure if you did it properly, want to confirm, or would prefer for us to do it for you, feel free to submit a request through this link. Remember that you must cancel at least 24-hours before your renewal date in order to prevent additional charges. If your request is not sent by that time, your subscription will renew and we will be unable to provide you with a refund (per our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy).
